Please read the following instructions before purchasing your tickets.
Purchase channel: It is recommended that audiences purchase tickets online.Online ticket purchases (including show packages) are not eligible for earning and using Sands Rewards Lifestyle Resort Dollars. Terms and conditions apply. After selecting the quantity and type of tickets, add them to the shopping cart.After confirmation, enter the payment information to checkout.After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email and e-ticket. Admission requirements (based on date of birth):Performance rating: GeneralRecommended Age: Activities are suitable for all ages.Age Limit: Children under six (6) years old are admitted free. Children six (6) years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What time do I need to arrive to enter the event?
Please arrive according to the time period indicated on your ticket.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No food or drinks other than those purchased or given as part of the performance may be brought into the venue. Any food or drinks not purchased or given as part of the performance must be consumed or discarded before entering the venue. Food and drinks may be purchased at the event venue.
Is there luggage or belongings storage?
There is no storage space for this event.
Can I take photos or videos during my visit?
We encourage the public to take photos during their visit. However, we do not allow video or photography for commercial purposes. Professional filming equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Can I use the restroom during the event?
Please note that there are no restrooms at the event venue. We recommend that spectators use the restrooms before entering the event. Please note that there is no double entry to the event.
Is it possible to enter the event again?
There is no repeat entry to the event and we strongly encourage visitors to fully explore and experience it during their visit.
What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email after booking my tickets?
If you purchased your ticket online from Marina Bay Sands, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour of completing your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email:
